Who is this prize draw open to?
To be entered you'll need to receive a quote for a Direct Line Home Insurance policy online by 21st May 2023, and purchase online within the quote validity period. You must be aged 18 or over, reside in England, Scotland or Wales, all your payments must be up to date and you'll need to supply a valid email address when you purchase. What is the prize?
Customers who are entered into the prize draw will have the chance to win their annual premium back. There will be five winners each month.

How do I enter?
You will be automatically entered into the prize draw upon purchasing your policy provided you meet the criteria above. Entrants will receive an email approximately 30 days after your policy start date letting you know you have been entered.
The email will be sent from noreply@directlinetreat.co.uk and if you can’t find it in your inbox, be sure to check your junk/spam folders too. And if you still can’t find it then feel free to send a message to the team here and a member of the team will be happy to help.

How do I opt out?
If you are sure that you’d like to opt out of the chance of winning your annual premium back, you can click on the ‘Opt Out’ link within your ‘what happens next’ email. You will only have a certain timeframe to do so, so make sure you read the email carefully.

When will I find out if I’ve won?
Draws will take place monthly. Most entrants will be entered into the draw in the month following their policy start date. Winners will then receive an email within 30 days of the draw taking place to confirm they’ve won and details on when they can expect their cheque to arrive. Look out for an email from ‘noreply@directlinetreat.co.uk.’

How do I get my prize?
If you are one of the lucky winners, we’ll send you an email within 30 days of the draw with information on when you will receive your annual premium back. Look out for an email from ‘noreply@directlinetreat.co.uk.’ Payments will be made via cheque.

How can I check if I’ve won?
All winners will be contacted via email. However if you think you may have an issues receiving emails, you can contact us here.

Can I stop my direct debit instead of receiving a cheque?
No, winners will receive the annual premium as a separate, one-off payment. You’ll continue to be billed each month (if you pay monthly).
